Adolescent females ages 12 to 18. 

WHR is a mental health primary program. The Ranch also works with co-occurring disorders including but not limited to substance use and abuse, self-harm, mild eating disorders, trauma and sexual abuse.

Name and contact information of person inquiring, potential client’s name, DOB, and insurance information, as well as, detailed information regarding behaviors/happenings leading up to the need for ranch services.

The program timeline varies individual to individual with a minimum of 90 days. On average 4-6 months. 

WHR in Oklahoma does not accept Medicaid/Soonercare. 

WHR accepts most private insurances. Single case agreements can be requested for most out-of-network insurances. To see if your insurance Policy would cover The Ranches, please reach out to our admissions team & we will do a Verification of Benefits to inquire and estimated cost of what your policy will cover for our Program. 

New clients take rapid covid tests before being introduced to the Ranch Unit. All staff have mandatory mask requirements. Clients have optional mask wearing. While social distancing is highly encouraged throughout daily activities.
